Anthony Sicola

Secretary

Anthony Sicola is a well-respected attorney and member of the Kansas City community who brings professional legal experience and thoughtful guidance to PubLife. As Secretary of PubLife’s Board of Directors, Anthony provides valuable perspective on governance, responsibility, and the legal considerations involved in building a sustainable nonprofit organization. His devotion to the law, commitment to his family, and dedication to serving his community make him an important voice in helping guide PubLife’s continued development.

Pat O'Reilly

Board Director

Pat O’Reilly brings a unique combination of experience in chiropractic care, hospitality, and community leadership to PubLife. A devoted husband and father and an active member of his community, Pat is also the owner of The Craic Irish Pub in Parkville, Missouri, keeping him deeply connected to the hospitality industry and the people who make it work every day. His firsthand understanding of both business and hospitality, combined with his commitment to family, community, and responsible leadership, helps inform his work governing PubLife and advancing its mission.

Jeanie Wells

Board Director

Jeanie Wells brings more than 50 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and a lifelong commitment to serving others. An active and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Jeanie has poured much of her life into helping underprivileged individuals, veterans, and others in need throughout her community. Her experience, compassion, and deep commitment to service provide valuable perspective as she helps guide PubLife’s mission and growth.

Vincent Mandacina

Executive Director

Vincent Mandacina founded PubLife after more than 20 years working in the hospitality industry alongside the very people PubLife was created to serve. His firsthand experience with the challenges facing hospitality workers shaped his belief that the people who spend their careers serving others deserve a community willing to serve them when unexpected hardship strikes. As Executive Director, Vincent leads PubLife’s operations, programs, partnerships, fundraising, and organizational development, with a focus on building a sustainable organization that provides meaningful assistance to hospitality workers when they need it most.
